He graduated in Biomedical Engineering (Biomedical Instrumentation) at the Politecnico di Torino. The master’s thesis titled “Development and analysis of deep learning solutions for automated diagnosis of lung and heart disease through multi-label chest x-ray classification” was conducted at the 3D LAB of the PoliTo. The thesis aimed to design and implement convolutional neural networks with attention mechanisms to identify multiple co-occurring pathologies.
He is currently a Ph.D. student in Management, Production and Design, and his research focuses on Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality technologies in healthcare.
